At Lilluxe Hair, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all wigs, bundles, closures, and frontal sales are final once the product has been worn, installed, altered, or brushed.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In original condition
• With original packaging and lace untouched

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Worn or installed wigs
• Customized products
• Cut lace or altered hair
• Clearance or sale items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Lilluxe Hair.
